"I am just sending you a quick note to say that the building project that you worked on for us is finally complete. The building work was finished in August, and since then we have been fitting out which took quite a while. We have had the Completion Certificate from the Building Control Officer, and the Party Wall Agreement has been fully executed to the satisfaction of both surveyors. We had some difficulties with our neighbour (as you may remember we mentioned) along the way, but in the end it has come out well, and we are in the process of mending our fences with him. We still have some hard landscaping to do and want to replant the garden but those should be enjoyable jobs that can wait until the spring. We are delighted with the outcome and I want to thank you both for the work that you put into the project. "
